The tradition of the Sicilian café has already reached to the fourth generation: was, indeed in the far 1928 that the great grandfather Giovanni has given origin to which would become, in the decades, a landmark for a whole generation of Sicilians. At his death, the grandpa Franco took the reins of such institution, and with wisdom confirmed what has done by the father. From a generation to an other, from father to son, from grandfather to nephew, was transmitted the art that allowed us to confer to a black bean a particular importance, more than rare, that reoccurs each time we would like to enjoy a moment of intense pleasure.
