Cultivated in major Indonesian islands in small quantities was discovered first by the finest Japanese consumers and then spread to Europe and USA.
The more mature and tasty beans are first digested and successuvamente expelled from a small marsupial, belonging to the family of civets (locally called "luwak"). In the process of digestion gastric juices create a unique fermentation process between all the coffee, resulting in a coffee with totally original taste.
